No. Price, minimum order quantity, availability, sample charges, delivery terms and payment arrangements are confirmed for the exact requirement and supplier quotation. No stock commitment is made by a catalogue listing.
Can I Request Samples?
Ask about a sample for your selected model. Sample availability, cost, courier arrangements and approval requirements are confirmed before dispatch or production.
Can Products Carry My Brand or Custom Packaging?
We can coordinate OEM, private-label, artwork and packing discussions with the relevant manufacturer. Feasibility, quantities, development costs and approvals depend on the product.
How Are Quality Checks Arranged?
Agree product specifications, sample approvals, inspection criteria and checkpoints in advance. We can coordinate pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment checks, or independent inspection/testing providers where required.
Do You Manufacture Every Product Shown?
CSL IMPEX is a trading and sourcing company. Catalogue inclusion does not mean CSL owns the factory or manufactures or certifies that product. Supplier-source references are labelled accordingly.
What Shipping and Import/Export Support Is Available?
We coordinate freight, cargo collection, consolidation, loading/unloading and trade documentation with relevant logistics providers. Customs clearance, statutory certification and specialist checks involve qualified professionals as needed.
How Long Will an Order Take?
Timing depends on sample approvals, specifications, quantity, supplier production readiness, inspection scope, transport route and destination requirements. A schedule is discussed for each order; the website does not promise a fixed lead time.
